GENERAL INFORMATION
- An electronic postal money order is only valid for six (6) months.
- The acceptable forms of payment to purchase an electronic postal money order are cash and debit cards. Personal cheques and credit cards will not be accepted.
- An electronic postal money order is only paid out in EC dollars.
- The maximum amount allowed per electronic postal money order is EC$1000.00
- The daily electronic postal money order limit per customer is EC$2650.00.
- The sender cannot be the receiver.
- A valid form of picture identification is required by both the sender and receiver.
- A passport is the only acceptable form of identification clients/customers.
- A transaction number (KeyID) will be automatically generated on the fast cash receipt.
- The sender is required to provide the KeyID when collecting money.
- In cases where the sender loses or damages the electronic postal money order receipt and needs the money KeyID, the GPC can reprint the receipt at a cost.
- All transactions of $500.00 and above must be verified by a supervisor

Depending on the amount being sent, a Commission fee is attached. An additional fee is charged for Reimbursement. All prices listed below are in $EC.

COMMON QUESTIONS
In cases where the GPC is instructed by the relevant local authorities to place a hold on a transaction(s) for whatsoever reason, the GPC must comply due to its legal obligations.
The hold on a transaction(s) will only be removed as instructed by the authorities.
An electronic postal money order that remains unclaimed after six (6) months becomes void. It shall not be available for payment. Only the sender can reclaim a voided electronic postal money order.
The sender can stop the transaction and request a refund once (i) payment to the receiver has not been made and/or (ii) the electronic postal money order has not been voided.
A refund transaction takes 2-3 working days to process. Each refund is charged a reimbursement fee.
