Types of Rental Offered

  1. 12 months/annually
  2. 6 months or less (short term)

Payment Terms:

A deposit of $120.00* is required, plus the annual rental or part (if applying during the year).

For short-term rentals, a deposit of $120.00 is required, plus a base rate of $60.00 and an additional charge of $5.00 per month. The cost to rent a letterbox for three months is therefore $75.00 plus the deposit of $120.00. None is exempt from the deposit for short-term rentals.

Deposits are refundable when the holders terminate the use of the letterbox and return all keys to the Grenada Postal Corporation.

Box Holders Must:

  1. Pay the rental promptly.
  2. Return any mail that was placed in the assigned box in error to the Grenada Postal Corporation immediately.
  3. Do not use the assigned box for illicit purposes.
  4. Adhere to all regulations pertaining there from time to time.
  5. Keep Post Box areas clean by not littering.

Failure to comply with the above will result in termination of service.

Customers will be notified 30 days in advance of the due date of payment of rental. (Box-holders wishing to terminate use of the assigned box must turn in all keys by this due date.)

Failure to pay by the stipulated date will result in Lock-Out. A late fee of $50.00 will be applied to all payments after the due date has passed.

Boxes will be held for only 30 days pending payment of all outstanding amounts after which, the delinquent holder will lose the assigned box and forfeit any deposit.

Your key is your access to your box. Use it at all times! Secure it too!
